Introduction

Your privacy is very important to me. This Privacy Policy describes how and why the information and data (collectively "Information") that you provide or I may collect in connection with my Pixel.Unicorn app ("Services") is collected, stored, used and managed. Please note that the scope of this Privacy Policy is limited to Information collected or received by app through your use of the Services. If you choose to use my Services, then you agree to the collection and use of Information as stated in this Privacy Policy. Information that is collected is used for providing and improving the Services. I will not use or share your Information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. Please note that I am not responsible for the actions of third parties, the content of their sites, the use of Information you provide to them, or any products or services they may offer. Any link to those sites does not constitute my affiliation with those third parties of any kind.

Collection and Use of Information

The Information that I may request for a better app user experience is retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way. However, the app does use third party services that may collect Information used to identify you ("personal data"). This Information consists of (i) automatically collected data (such as IP address, your device's operating system, application version, browser type and language, time zone); (ii) mobile device identifiers (such as your unique device ID, advertising ID, hardware type); (iii) general location information (such as country or region); (iv) applications data (such as your interactions with the application via server log files, your activity through Services, to remember time of your visit); (v) advertisement serving technologies (please see in details in Section "Advertising").

I receive Information about you from my analytic service providers such as Firebase with data they collect through my Services in accordance with their own privacy policies. This Information is useful for troubleshooting and helps me understand usage trends and improve and optimize the Services and your user experience. I am not and will not process any special categories of personal data ("sensitive data"), and Services are designed to avoid collecting information such as your name, address, email address or other similar contact data unless you provide such data to me when contacting me directly by email.

My primary goal in using Information is to operate and improve my Services, understand you and your preferences to enhance your experience and enjoyment using Services. Consequently I may occasionally send you push notifications through app to send you app updates, new content availability and other Services related notifications that may be of importance to you. The legal basis for me to use your Information is the agreement you enter into with me in connection with the Services (please see Terms of Use).

Advertising

My application may feature advertisements provided by third parties such as Google AdSense and AdMob and their partners. They may use cookies and similar technologies to provide targeted advertisements. This process is called personalized advertisement experience and involves usage of personal and non-personal information such as Android advertising ID and/or other tracking technologies to enable and optimize this advertising procedure. Some of these technologies can synchronize behavior across different mobile apps, devices, and websites so that advertisements can be tailored to your interests. You can exercise an opt-out for interest-based advertising services at any time by checking the privacy settings of your Android device and selecting "Opt out of Ads Personalization". When you choose to opt-out, advertising networks will consider this choice as a withdrawal of consent to personalized advertisement experience and they will show contextual advertisements and not personalized advertisements. You can also adjust your choices regarding the use of precise location data via your mobile device settings.

Please note that each such third party that has access to your Information (such as Google) is obligated not to disclose or use the Information for any other purpose than to perform the tasks assigned to them on my behalf.

Your Rights

In addition to opting out of targeted advertising as stated in Section "Advertising" of this Privacy Policy, you have the right to request the access and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability. This means you have right to (i) obtain without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you; (ii) obtain the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay, where certain additional circumstances are fulfilled; (iii) restrict the processing of personal data under certain circumstances; (iv) receive the personal data concerning you, and that you have provided to me, and have the right to transmit those data to another controller, where technically feasible, where the processing is based on consent or on a contract and the processing is carried out by automated means; (v) object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on respective provisions of the law, including profiling based on those provisions; (vi) not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you (subject to the respective statutory limitations set by the applicable law; (vii) where the processing of personal data is based on your consent you can withdraw such consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal. Further, you have a right to lodge a complaint with a respective supervisory authority.

Age Limits

My Services are intended for use only by those aged 13 and over. I do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use Services or collect personal information from such children. If I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I will take reasonable measures to promptly delate such personal information from my records. If you believe that I might have any information from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact me.

Security and Retention Periods

I value your trust in providing your Information while using Services, and I will always do my best to protect it from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration by third parties, disclosure and other improper processing activities, by using commercially acceptable means. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

I retain your Information for as long as is needed for the stated purpose. However, the retention period also depends on the need to respond to your queries and resolve problems as well as on legal requirements. When the personal data is no longer needed for providing Services and if there are no statutory obligations for retaining the relevant data, such Information will be delated. Such Information may still be used for statistics, but in that case it will be anonymised.

Disclosure of Information

I do not share your personal information except as approved by you or as described in this Privacy Policy. Information may be released to comply with law and only when and in the amount it is permitted by law (e.g. in response to lawful requests by public authorities). I may share aggregate or anonymous information about you with advertisers, publishers, business partners, sponsors, and other third parties.

I reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to my Information privacy practices. Any amendments that I may provide will be incorporated by reference into this Privacy Policy.
